Founded in 1999, Stained Concrete by Peyton & Associates has earned the loyalty and respect of homebuilders, architects and individuals for whom we have transformed ordinary gray slabs into extraordinary surfaces. Our floors are durable, distinct and easy to maintain. We generally work within a two-hour drive of Houston, including Conroe, Tomball, the Woodlands, Magnolia, Bellaire, Brenham, Bryan, Huntsville, Clear Lake, and Humble. We also travel throughout Texas for new construction that is 2000 square feet and larger.

Beneficial to your health. Allergy sufferers don't get exposed to the dust and mites hiding under carpets.
Beneficial to the environment and a green building choice. Slow to heat up and cool down, stained concrete can reduce utility bills. Also, because they use the foundation already poured, they eliminate the need to cut down trees or use materials, like carpets, which consume large amounts of energy to manufacture (and destroy).
Easy to maintain. Just sweep and mop with water ...with an occasional re-waxing.
