Da Vinci Gallery stained-concrete floor

GREAT NEWS!

The stained concrete we installed at Da Vinci's Artists Gallery in Tomball was mentioned in a Houston Chronicle Dec. 11, 2011 article.  Gallery owner Ray Ducay was quoted saying:

"A lady from New York came in and said she would put our gallery in the top 10 galleries she's visited across the U.S.  She said it's the lighting, the color, the variety. She liked everything about it, right down to the stained-concrete floor. That really motivates me."

Creating Affordable and Distinct
Stained Concrete Surfaces
Throughout Texas...

Whether you seek a Tuscan, Southwestern, contemporary, architectural, Old World or more traditional style, acid-etched stained concrete makes a stunning flooring choice.

For its aesthetic quality and green building advantages, stained concrete has become a preferred flooring choice in many luxury homes
and upscale businesses.

Founded in 1999, Stained Concrete by Peyton & Associates
has earned the respect of homebuilders, architects and individuals.  Our work has been featured in numerous publications.

Image:
Unparalleled Quality and Experience

We use a proprietary process to transform ordinary gray slabs into extraordinary surfaces. Our floors are durable, distinct and easy to maintain. We generally work within a two-hour drive of Houston, including Conroe, Tomball, the Woodlands, Magnolia, Bellaire, Brenham, Bryan, Huntsville, Clear Lake, and Humble. We also travel further for new construction 2000 sf or larger.

For new construction, please contact us before your slab is poured or as shortly thereafter as possible.  We'll provide important information for your contractors that will help ensure great results. See our galleries for typical results.

For remodels (slabs previously covered with carpet, wood or tile or damaged during construction), we typically recommend an overlay of cementitious material to resurface the floor before staining. We are currently resurfacing and staining exterior surfaces (porches and patios) only.

Cost?

To receive a proposal, please complete our e-specs form. Our prices are competitive; our quality unsurpassed.

What sets us apart from the competion?  We apply our unique blend of colors -- using multiple layers of stain, sealer and wax -- to arrive at the best solution for your concrete. To discuss your project, contact us by phone or email matthew@stainedconcrete.org

Scoring patterns, borders or other designs are optional.  Visit our galleries as well as the
Color Options and Designer Touches  pages on this site for ideas.

Advantages

Among their many benefits, stained concrete floors are:

  • Beneficial to your health.  Allergy sufferers don't get exposed to the dust and mites hiding under carpets.
  • Beneficial to the environment and a green building choice. Slow to heat up and cool down, stained concrete can reduce utility bills. Also, because they use the foundation already poured, they eliminate the need to cut down trees or use materials, like carpets, which consume large amounts of energy to manufacture (and destroy).
  • Easy to maintain.  Just sweep and mop with water throughout the year; then re-wax interior floors and reseal exterior floors once a year.
  • Easy on your budget.  In new construction, stained concrete runs about half the price of hardwood floors. We are  happy to provide a free estimate based on your specifications.  Just fill out our e-spec form or phone us.
