Overlays bring new beauty to floors that were once covered with carpet, wood, laminate or tile. Options include solid (without scoring) designs such as the ebony floor above, or a solid design with a deeper border as shown on below right, or scored floors like the bronze slab (in the AFTER picture below),
Overlay first applied to old breezeway to correct standing water problem. Then dark taupe acid stain applied and sealed.
Floors capped, scored (border only), stained, sealed and waxed. (Palomino interior, black border, semi-gloss finish).
(BEFORE) Old carpets were removed, floors scarified (sanded) to remove glue, and then overlay applied.
(AFTER) Floors were then resurfaced, scored, stained and sealed. (Bronze, satin finish)
