Near Montgomery, Texas, visit Stone Creek Family Medicine, 19782 Highway 105 West, Suite 111, about one mile west of Wal-Mart. Color: Earthen Umber (solid, no scoring.) Special epoxy/polyurethane sealer, suitable for medical use. Also, in Montgomery, you can visit Allamon Tool Company at 18935 Freeport, to see our terra cotta (matte finish.)
Near Bentwater, visit Bing's Asian Bistro, at 13731 W Fm 1097, Willis, where you will see another of our Earthen Umber floors (solid, no scoring). For a map to this location, click here.
Near Richards, off 149 (about 12 miles north of Montgomery, 1 mile north of Bays Chapel Rd. intersection, and one driveway north (on left) of Drifters), visit the Texas Star Winery. This "event location" and winery is now open. Call the Love Family at 936/689-0282 for a tour and a look at their TEXAS STAR and heather gray floors with a few scattered smaller stars in the front room.
In Navasota, on Highway 6 feeder just north of 105 (on east side of freeway), visit Mallett Bros. Barbeque. Super barbeque with all the fixins'. There you will see terra cotta with a high traffic commercial finish.
South of Houston, visit the offices of Mueller Manufacturing, Inc., weekdays from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 2200 N. Hwy 288B in Richwood, TX 77531. The front reception area is scored and the kitchen is solid, so you can compare the difference between a scored and unscored surface.
